To celebrate the forces of multiculturalism and integration in Republic of Korea.
Purpose
Emerging as a G-20 nation this past year, Republic of Korea and its economic growth have attracted foreigners, expatriates and migrant workers, who in turn help fuel the nation's economy. Historically a homogenous society preserved by blood and language, Korea has for the most part embraced the peaceful arrival of newcomers. However, the incidents publicized by opponents of integration serve to create divisions between Koreans and expatriates when they need not exist. Our organization seeks to build bridges between different segments of society founded upon shared values and interests to serve the local community.
We are a non-partisan group, an apolitical organization, creating an opportunity of values for Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) that have been doing an absolutely needful service to the community. We intend to create a strong network of volunteers, invested in the values of community service, that will, but not limited to, participate in English teaching.
